Velocity Based Training.
Training for “POWER” has become an increasingly sexy adage to strength and conditioning as of late. Our guest today, Dr Bryan Mann, plays an integral part furthering our knowledge of power.
Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at the University of Missouri, Bryan has developed a passion and network of contemporaries whose obsession is performance. With a background in competitive powerlifting and a shitton of academic research, Dr Mann has meticulously studied the physiology of speed and strength. Today, he brings you the biology breakdown of what occurs inter and intra muscularly to accomplish just that. Also, celebrity guest host, Matt Vincent, joins in on the conversation!
