Pelayo stormed into Hyrox making a name for himself quickly amongst the Elite 15. He comes from a triathlon background so something a little different from the other elite male Hyrox athletes; a sport that has such an incredible crossover and it shows. He took 4th pace at the Hyrox World Championships in Nice and when we sat down to chat we realised just how he managed to do it.

Working a full time job, training incredibly hard and coaching at Pele performance, Pelayo highlights just how you can achieve your goals if you are happy to prioritise and work for them.
