& HOW OFTEN DOES THAT THEN FILL OUR SCHEDULE WITH THINGS THAT DO NOT BRING US JOY OR HAPPINESS AND THEN TAKE TIME AWAY from doing the things we ACTUALLY love, or spending time with the people that ACTUALLY make our world go round right?!
