I want to share with you a fun new study I read to help you find your blindspots that you need to get aware of so you can actually GET to where you’re trying to GO. Often times we have confirmation bias which can be a good thing when you’re in a season where you need to be laser focused, but other times we need to take OFF our blinders and look at our problems from a birds eye view so we can discover new paths or solutions that are actually more helpful, and find evidence that we are MORE capable than we are giving ourselves credit for.
