Eric is the prime example of what passion, hard work, and hustle can evolve into. Eric has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He was on the forefront of creating multifunction gyms. Making a full encompassing experience for his patrons. His gym was one of the first to take into consideration every aspect of training an athlete may need. He became a lead instructor for Functional Movement Systems where he has traveled the country guest speaking for some of the most prestigious institutions. His list of clients range from Olympic Gold Medalist, Professional Athletes, all the way down to Little Leaugers just finding their passion for the game. In this episode Eric really delves into getting started, working towards a goal and seeing it come to fruition. His experience shows and he answers questions with clarity and specificity.
