    On the show this week is a guest whose career has seen her fight to the top in many different sectors. Aicha McKenzie is a former British gymnast, model and dancer who is also the CEO of AMCK Management, which founded AMCKDANCE in 2005, AMCKMODELS in 2008, and AMCKFIT in 2017. Her story goes from McKenzie becoming the first black woman to win her category in the 1994 Commonwealth games, as a rhythmic gymnast, aged just 17, to choreographing at the London 2012 Olympic Games and leading three global brands. This is an essential listen!

    On the show this week we are delighted to be joined by the incredible Keri-Anne Payne. Keri-Anne is a british swimmer, specialising in marathon open water swimming, and long-distance freestyle swimming in the pool. She is a two-time 10-kilometre open water world champion, and an Olympic silver medallist! Keri-Anne now dedicates her time teaching others to enjoy being in the water, helping people with all abilities overcome their swimming difficulties.

Lena has worked with elite, grass- root and youth athletes from a range of sports including boxing, cycling, figure skating, football, athletics, rugby, weightlifting and lacrosse. Lena works within the British Psychological Society's professional codes of conduct and sits on their Division of Sport and Exercise Psychology Committee.
