Reita Johnston is a Coach with a mission to create brave spaces to heal. In addition to life coaching, trauma therapy and speaking events, Reita also facilitates trauma-smart stress-management workshops, retreats, and anti-racism training.

Reita’s life experiences, her role as a Mom, and personal health issues – including having her body start to completely shut down from stress – have strengthened the lenses of access she’s able to bring into the brave spaces she’s creating to help others heal.
