Rahel Pacheco Mafla is a doula, psychologist and mother, and a member of “Nacimiento Conscienta” (“Conscious Birth”), an organization of birth health professionals in Costa Rica, assisting parents-to-be in the wondrous journey of giving birth. Rahel offers emotional and psychological support during the pregnancy & childbirth as well as post-natal guidance. Rahel helped bring over 70 babies into this world, and was present during Xavian Lionheart Spicoluk's home birth in Costa Rica.
