She may have had to move on from RTE after reaching retirement age, but for presenter Mary Kennedy, her career is anything but over – starting with Dancing with the Stars to look forward to.
Before Mary started her rehearsals, she joined me on this week’s Real Health podcast for this week’s ‘Life Lessons’ episode looking back on her career and life, what she learned and would do differently.
Plus she has some great advice about the dangers of being cash-rich and time-poor, why family trumps career every time, and the important role that counselling and therapy has played in her life helping greatly with her own mental health.
As this is my last show before Christmas, I want to thank you all for listening and subscribing to the Real Health podcast. Your support has helped make it the number 1 Health & Fitness podcast in Ireland and I’ve even bigger and better things planned for the show in 2020, so watch this space!
A very Merry Christmas to you and your families and I’ll be back with a very special St. Stephen’s Day episode. Whatever you do on Christmas Day, enjoy yourself, spend time with family and friends and find the balance in your day.
