What is parts work? And how does it impact my recovery journey? Parts work (alternatively called internal family systems) is an approach that helps individuals identify parts of themselves (whether they are positive or negative) with compassion.

Parts work offers a safe way to communicate on a subconscious level so that we can help our parts behave in healthy ways instead of acting our in unhealthy ways.

4.Porn isn’t the same as an affair (addicted uses it as an excuse, betrayed feels stuck in pain - both feel the need to qualify)
