Getting started was such a battle for me. I remember that I kept saying, I’ll get started Monday, and I kept watching the Mondays pass by. I knew I needed a solution. Here is how I got started.
Here are some of the key points that were crucial to my success.
1. Getting started and just not quitting
2. Making slow steady changes
3. Choosing one thing to commit to each week
4. Switching out regular meals to new healthier meals
I needed to remember that this was for the long haul was going to require self discipline and an entirely different way of living.
It was the consistency with my food and consistency with my exercise repeatedly that got me the massive results that people see on me today.
