As a yogi, I thought I knew what breathwork was (calming but not exactly “powerful”). And then I did a breathwork session with Victoria Lee Starr. The experience blew my mind and forever changed my approach to mental health and recovery.
Doing the “work” of recovery–unpacking emotional issues and learning new mental processes–is exhausting. Why? Because trauma and unprocessed emotions get stuck in the body. Blocked energy weighs you down and makes it difficult to move forward.
Would you like to give yourself a break? Get out of your head and into your breath. Doing breathwork can bypass the cognitive loop-de-loops and reset your nervous system. So that you feel lighter, freer and more relaxed.
BONUS: If you’re a member of ANY of my programs, you’re invited to join our private group session with Victoria once a month at no extra cost. Check your course dashboard for details.
