The phones light up as women confess to the same bizarre habit, while Tim is completely baffled until the answer is revealed. Soon, other women are piling on with their own versions, including one that involves a very unfortunate "card declined" situation. Tim has discovered that the voice he’s heard announcing Sydney Trains for years is not Gretel Killeen, and he is absolutely devastated. Taylor Owynns is the actual voice behind the iconic announcements and reveals she’s been doing them for around 20 years, even having to call post offices to find out how to pronounce some tricky country town names. She explains how the announcements are recorded and why her voice was perfect for stitching all those little pieces together. And, naturally, Ricki and Tim couldn't let her leave without getting her to deliver a very special train announcement for them.
