Mark Latham founded Firehouse Roofing in 1997. Firehouse was established in Mark’s hometown Rockwall, TX and continues to serve all of DFW. With local, community roots dating back over 30 years, Mark and the Firehouse Roofing team know the importance of community.Mark, served as a fireman for over 15 years while operating Firehouse Roofing. Now, Mark’s singular focus outside of his duty as a husband & father is owning and operating Firehouse Roofing. Mark wanted to find the most impactful way to continue to serve his community and his brotherhood of Firemen — this desire gave birth to the initiative “Our Roofs Save Lives”.

Roland Browne is the CEO, Owner and Founder of Stonewater Roofing. Roland Browne graduated from Texas State in 2005 as a Sigma Nu with a degree in criminal justice/psychology. Stonewater Roofing was formed from humble beginnings in the spare bedroom of his grandmother’s home, then incorporated in 2010. Since that day, Stonewater Roofing has enjoyed exponential growth.In his personal time, Browne enjoys competing at almost anything from Monopoly to running, even real estate investments. Above all, he enjoys spending time with his daughters, Adriana and Tatiana. Browne also enjoys a good read. He hangs his hat on one fundamental tenet that has shaped the world around him — knowledge is power!

Sean Kennedy, Owner of American Eagle Roofing got into the industry as a 3rd generation contractor and through his family of tradesmen. Since Sean was a kid he worked in any capacity necessary to help with his family's projects "counting nails and sweeping floors". Later, Sean got into business for himself as a general contractor doing all aspects of construction and wearing all hats. American Eagle Roofing came from the feeling that doubling down on a single trade would amplify the ability to scale and focus on his craft. The business has become a home for a multitude of folks that are now seen as family and treat the company as their own. The company has grown a name for itself by using transparency and relentless effort to keep a culture they can be proud of.

Tamara Chase, CEO of Chase Roofing & Contracting. Tamara began her roofing career in her husband's business in a supporting role, but was determined to take on more responsibility and make Chase Roofing a resounding success.She became a Certified Roofing Contractor and a Glass and Glazing Contractor and worked to certify the business as a Certified Women-Owned Small Business. With her energy, Chase Roofing increased revenue growth by 600 percent, with revenues spiking from $1.5 million to $9 million-plus. Chase Roofing is not her only passion. Tamara owns a window cleaning and holiday lighting franchise called Shine of Ft Lauderdale and an online jewelry company called Charmed XO. Tamara is also the founder of Emerge!, a nonprofit organization designed to support young ladies in making a positive global impact, encouraging them to dream big and show them how to make their wildest ambitions a reality! Tamara serves on the board of directors of the Roofing Contractors Association of South Florida, where she has been a part of many roofing projects for people in need in our community, including many with Rebuilding Broward. She and her team at Chase support a variety of causes including the Dolphin Cancer Challenge, 211 Broward, Make-A-Wish, Hands on Broward, Julian’s Fountain of Youth and Habitat for Humanity.

Micah Kaufman, owner, and CEO of MK Roofing is from Middlefield, Ohio. Micah grew up doing roofing and general construction with his dad. He enjoyed roofing work and decided to start his own company because he wanted to create something where he could work for himself and help others. Micah believes what sets MK Roofing apart is its customer service and how the company keeps its work to the customer. If the company puts a warranty on something, they stand behind it, no matter what. MK Roofing really tries to give each customer the best experience possible. Micah has been married for 2 ½ years. Mike Roth, the owner of Thoroughbred Construction, always wanted to be an entrepreneur. He didn’t know which direction to go in at first. He understood that trades were dying and figured roofing was the best route to go because everyone has to have one. Mike runs all the finances and handles the marketing. The company has more certifications than most, but outside of that, the company delivers what they say they're going to.
