Michael Rannigan is a veteran owner of Doc’s Roofing, headquartered in Rockwall, TX. Mike (Doc), started the company about eight years ago because he knew a lot of neighbors, friends, and family that just didn't fully understand the insurance and roof replacement process. He believe there weren't a ton of trustworthy individuals and roofing companies out there. With Mike’s experience in the business industry, he knew that he could learn the industry inside out and be able to bring value back to his neighbors, family, and community. Michael was a Navy corpsman who joined back in 1999, served till 2006, was stationed with a Marine Corps unit first light armored reconnaissance, was deployed in Afghanistan in 2001- 2002, and then back over in Iraq in 2003 and 2004. So people called Michael, a corpsman. His nickname with them was Doc, and that forever held a great spot in his heart. So he thought, there was no better name that he could come up with for his roofing company than Dr. Roofing because the word is synonymous with help. The word is synonymous with doing the right thing. On this episode, we talk about the key to creating a good customer experience in your roofing business.
