Estelle talks to writer, yoga teacher and self-development coach, Roxie Nafousi. Together they discuss Roxie’s lifelong challenges around self-acceptance, her hedonistic early twenties which led to her to become addicted to drugs and alcohol and her journey to self-love following the birth of her son. Roxie describes the impact of her experience of being bullied at school and how she’s found a particular approach to living which has restored her feelings of love and connection including yoga and mindful eating. She also describes how she's found strength and fulfilment through her work as a coach.
