The Seahawks have three starters in the secondary, three starters on the offensive line, and two running backs with starting experience who are set to become free agents this offseason. The team also has some key role players on the defensive line to consider bringing back. How should they prioritize? We get into the players we most want to see back with some key considerations. We also get into our key considerations for a defensive coordinator and the go-to food items ahead of the Championship slate of games this weekend.

Everyone is raving about how great this past weekend's games were, but have they stopped to think about what this now means for what Seahawks fans have to watch on Sunday? It was the worst possible outcome for an NFC Championship in the eyes of many Seahawks fans. So who is to blame? What were the biggest moments and the biggest blunders that led to what ended up being an exciting finish to each game (even if the outcome could have been better). Plus, we discuss the overtime rules as they stand and why Tom Brady retirement talk is a bunch of baloney.

For back-to-back seasons, the Seattle Seahawks got off to a historically bad start to the NFL season before pulling things together by the end. That inconsistency was enough for the Seahawks to make the move and fire their defensive coordinator as well as the passing coordinator on defense. With the loss of Ken Norton Jr., where will the team look next? One internal candidate is emerging along with a coach who Pete Carroll worked with before both in New York and his early days in college. But why go with the branches from a coaching tree when you can go for the trunk? Plus, we discuss three players we would like to see benefit from this move on defense.

The Seattle Seahawks 2021 season got out to a nice start with a win against a Colts team that ultimately looked like they were going to go to the playoffs. It finished the season beating a rival who looked like they were on their way to the division title. Ultimately, Seattle ended up playing spoiler to both teams along with a San Francisco 49ers team that could have won the division if they managed to beat the Seahawks twice. Without the playoffs, those are just a few of the things that we can settle for in terms of success for this year. We talk about the plays that impacted this game and some of the things we hope to see carry over to next season.

The Seattle Seahawks closed out their 2021 season with a win to finish the year at 7-10. Even though they're the only team in the NFC West not going to the playoffs this year, they're likely to be the only team to be able to finish the season with the victory. We don't really think the Niners, Cardinals or Rams are going to win the Super Bowl, do we? Pete Carroll talked about the win and also responded to questions about his future with the team. Russell Wilson, Tyler Lockett and Rashaad Penny highlighted some of the best plays of the day, along with a punt attempt that was fumbled by the Cardinals and recovered by Cody Thompson.

The Seattle Seahawks close out the season today against the Arizona Cardinals. The Cards are playing for an NFC West title as long as the 49ers can take down the Los Angeles Rams. Russell Wilson had another chance to clarify why he "hopes" to be in Seattle next year and explained what a no-trade clause does for him in his contract. The Seahawks will be playing without Bobby Wagner and Ryan Neal on defense, but Pete Carroll hesitated to name a starter coming into the game.

What does a Water Tiger have in common with a Seahawk? The answer is everything, because they're the exact same thing (don't look it up). As we turn over the calendar to the year of the Seahawk, we talk about some of the things we'll be looking for in the final game of the 2021 NFL season. Which player on the offensive line are we watching to see if he could be sticking around after his rookie contract? On defense, can one cornerback show us enough to make the Seahawks sign him to a long term deal? We also discuss the things we want to see continue in 2022 and those patterns from this Seattle team we would lik to see go away. Finally, let's see who wins the battle of 'wants' that we bring up between Chandler Jones and Darrell Taylor.
