Today on the Selfish Sesh, we are talking all about the pleasure gap between men and women, with a recent study by Ashley Madison showing disparities in sexual satisfaction between the genders of its users.
To uncover why there is such a big gap and how we can do our part in closing it through vulnerable conversations, I have enlisted the help of New York City based love, sex and relationship coach, Shelby Sells.
This is a great episode for anyone wanting to bridge the gap in their own sexual relationships, with a few laughs along the way.

Hello my lovers, the Selfish Sesh is officially back and bigger, better than ever before!
In today's episode, I chat about a topic that is quite close to my heart - partying and how to party in a safe way for both our mental and physical health.
Joining me to deep dive into this topic is Laura Woods, the founder of Bad Habkits, which are gift packs for those party animals created especially for one nighters, all nighters and scattered Sundays.
Laura and I chat all about the party girl trope and the stigma attached to it, the impact of partying, alcohol and drugs on our health, how being a party girl has challenged our own platonic and romantic relationships and of course, how to party safely.
Thanks so much for tuning back in after my little break and as always, please like, subscribe and share on socials (tagging @selfishsesh please!)

Today on the Selfish Sesh, I am chatting to Alisha, who is the founder of Rosewell, a modern sex care brand.
This is a little bit of a different interview, and although beginning with the why and how of Alisha initially starting Rosewell, we actually play a few rounds of her Dinner Parties conversation card set, which is made up of 50 questions to encourage connection with friends, family, lovers and our case, even strangers.
We both get very vulnerable during this episode, answering questions all about our self-perception from the biggest misconceptions about ourselves and who we innately are inside.

During today’s episode, I am chatting to Stefanie Jung from @wholesomestef on Instagram, who is a holistic health coach. Stefanie specialises in helping those break free from binge eating and helps find food freedom. For me personally, this was such a timely episode as I think like many others, food is a definite source of comfort when it comes to lockdown. Stef helped me discover that although food is okay to be a self-care self-care mechanism during this tricky time, we do require others too, and also on how to not spend my days feeling guilty or like I needed to restrict my food intake.
I honestly learnt so much from this chat with Stef and if you do too, please subscribe, like and share via Instagram. Stay Selfish x

Today on the Selfish Sesh, I am chatting to the bubbly and bodacious Bryanna Reynolds, who is possibly the most positive person I have ever come across.
Bri and I recently met via Instagram and her positivity is honestly so contagious. We discuss all about building self-confidence, being part of the body positivity movement and the impact of social media on our self-esteem.
It was so refreshing to chat to Bri so openly and honestly about her body image struggles - I know a lot of people, women in particular do face this issue and it’s something I have struggled with for my whole life also, so I took a lot out of this chat on a personal level.
I really hope that you too find this interview helpful and it leaves you inspired to become a more positive you and spread a little happiness back into the world.
As always, stay selfish babes and chat soon.
