It’s time for you to plant your flag friend. For far too long you have shouted out a goal, a dream, an aspiration and the moment life got in the way, something happened, the enemy got into your mind, you immediately gave up on your goal. 

In this episode you are going to plant your flag in concrete. No longer will you plant it in sand and let your flag fall and your goal dwindle between your fingers. 

Claim the goal. Stand firm in going towards it and don’t waiver. It’s planted firmly in concrete and you will accomplish it.

All too often do we think about a goal, a decision we want to make, a business we want to lunch and we quickly cripple ourselves with all of the unknown. We try to wait until we are ready and we are constantly looking for the perfect time to say yes let’s do it! I’m here to tell you that it’s time for you to start before you are ready.

For so long I thought setting boundaries was inherently unloving and unchristian like. I felt like it separated me and that I had the wrong intentions and doing it. I feel like a lot of us have been taught that setting boundaries is a negative thing and to keep people out but what I’ve learned is that it’s less about cutting people and things out and more about keeping ourself IN.

So often I get asked to do a question and answer with Payson on Instagram. We decided to do a little interview style and just chat about all the things that I get asked about us! We talk about relationships Overcoming Hardships will talk about business, we really cover it all!

The way I grew up, I was surrounded by addiction, divorce, stricken by poverty, and it wasn’t until my teens that I started realizing what these were actually called. I learned that I was being faced with generational curses that only I was able to stop.  A generational curse describes the cumulative effect on a person of things that their ancestors did, believed, or practiced in the past, and a consequence of an ancestor's actions, beliefs, and sins being passed down.  In the episode we learn how to face those generational chains, learn how to start the process on breaking the shackles that seem to bind you , and discover that there is freedom on the other side of those curses. 

 I began reading Shadow Boxing by Dr. Henry Malone to start understanding generational curses more and discover how to start living in freedom!

Failure in life is inevitable. As you walk through every season, there are always going to be let downs. whether you’re ready for them or not, you have to be prepared for them. Often times we look at  let downs as failures but truly they are set ups. 

The biggest blessings in my life have followed the hardest seasons of my life. What felt like failure truly became the foundation in which I stood on to see the best views I had ever seen. 

In this episode we will go over the failures and setbacks that you have had in your life, how to walk through them, but most importantly how to walk past them and how to see what came from them!

How many of you have ever contemplated starting a business, making better friends, giving up that addiction and very quickly the lies of the enemy start taking over your mind and you don’t do it because that next level seems too hard. It seems too far for you to actually claim it unlike some thing that you can’t achieve. I’m here to tell you that the next level of your life is going to require a next level of you. That next level of you is going to require growth and growth does not come easily. Growth is hard, it brings along tribulations and trials, and it’s something that not many people are willing to walk through because comfort is easier.
