Hardships are inevitable. Whether you have walked through a hardship, going through one currently, or going to walk through this episode is going to equip you on how to navigate through it and overcome. So often we try to create our own plan and lean on our own understanding. We try to cope and get through it on our own when God is using this hardship to make you dependent upon Him.

Morgan and I share in this episode her story and all the events that led her to where she is in life now. We have the tough conversations and share how she overcame the obstacles she faced in her life. At the beginning of 2022 I decided to take control of my life. I wanted to regain my self integrity, and hold myself accountable in my health and in my goals. I started the 75 Hard challenge and I completed it. Not only did it change my life physically but it changed emotionally, mentally, relationally and in every other way possible! All too often do people have a circle filled with friends who are hurting you instead of helping you, causing you to remain stagnant instead of grow, bringing negativity into your life, not encouraging you to step into the next level of who you are becoming. It is time to take inventory of your circle and start reevaluating your standards. You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with and it’s time to take attendance.

All too often, we listen to the lies of the enemy about our lives. His plan is to steal, kill and destroy all things in our lives and he is there to live his life convincing us of all the lies he tells us, confusing us and making us feel less than.

 All the while we have the Bible that is filled with the TRUTH. We must begin to replace the lies with the truth from the word and learn to turn them off. We will discuss how to pinpoint the triggers, speak on the truth, dive into the word, and listen to what He says about us instead.
