This week the girls chat to iconic couple Shaaba and Jamie. We hear their love story: from being best friends, to Jamie coming out as trans, to him professing his love for Shaaba. Due to Shaaba’s family having problems with their relationship, they had to make some pretty bold commitments to one another at a young age. Em can't wait to adapt their gorgeous love story into a film! Would suggest staying until the end to hear a pretty brilliant outtake.
The girls join us from the Isle of Man and talk about mental health, grief and puffins…

This week the girls chat to fashion and lifestyle influencer Sophie Milner. They deep dive into the contentious topic of surgery, coming away with potentially more questions than answers. Sophie has been open about her surgical procedures online, something that Em and Alex applaud, but does it mean that everyone in her position should be just as open?
The podcast goes on tour again with the girls on holiday. They talk geography, kayaking and the red room…

In this week’s Is It Just Me? the girls discuss how to dress for a black tie event (with VERY differing views), Em's premium karaoke set up and a listener asks about coming out as bisexual when in a long term heterosexual relationship...
Al suggests checking out Alicia McCarvell who recently came out as bisexual and is happily married to her husband.

Jac’s back… another emergency call to our resident coach Jacqueline Hurst. This week, Em opens up about her slip into checking online forums. She talks to Jacqueline about how it has really impacted her self esteem, and Jac helps dissect exactly why. This isn’t only for people who, on the off chance, may find themselves being spoken about on a forum, but for anyone who has ever been criticised. Jacqueline wants to show you how to not let it impact you, and as Al sees it, how you can use your skin as a barrier against negativity.
In a slightly switched format to usual, the girls discuss snapping gussets, foul moods and why we should all #PrayForDave at the end of the episode...

Last week we lost Em’s dear friend and inspiration to us all, the incredible Dame Deborah James. You can support the Bowel Babe Fund here: https://www.bowelbabe.org/
In this episode, the girls talk with mental health ambassador and podcast host, Gemma Styles. They discuss how she chooses to be a good influence while working through her own mental health and making peace with her ADHD diagnosis. If you want more, you’re in luck! You can listen to Alex and Em on Gemma’s podcast, Good Influence, available here.
Al also talks us through her decision to freeze her eggs and Em accuses her of dressing like a postman…

A heads up, this episode contains talk of suicide and eating disorders. If you'd rather skip this ep, take care, and we'll catch you on Thursday!
This week the girls chat to presenter, author and former member of The Saturdays, Frankie Bridge. Frankie lives with depression and anxiety, and was one of the first celebrities to openly and publicly discuss their mental health, so the girls wanted to chat to her about this in more depth.
In the Good, Bad and Awkward, the weather is again the hot topic of discussion, as are fridge magnets…
