Ce podcast est animé par moi, Marie-Lou Lévesque Genesse, une coach de pleine conscience, de méditation et de vie ainsi que naturopathe depuis près de 5 ans. Étant moi-même une fille pleine de projets dans une vie déjà occupée, j’ai dû découvrir des moyens pour relaxer, qui allait avec ma personnalité. Prendre des bains de 1h, faire des retraites à Bali, ce n’est pas pour moi, du moins, pas pour l’instant. Je me devais de relaxer entre les devoirs de mes enfants et leurs cours du soir. Et j’ai découvert que les femmes que je coach ont eu aussi, besoin de se reposer, mais n’ont pas toujours les moyens de prendre des congés ou simplement des heures de libre pour se recentrer. Elles ne veulent pas passer à côté de leur vie, elles veulent la ressentir, la vivre et ne pas avoir de regret!


Ces courts moments ensembles seront inspirants, t’aideront à être mieux dans ta peau au quotidien, mais surtout, seront un reflet de la vraie vie de la femme d’aujourd’hui. Avec les solutions simples et faciles que je discute, vous serez plus présente dans votre vie ferai des choix qui vous ressemble et écouterai plus votre intuition.
