Ever think that the Universe is talking to you? Well, if you listen closely enough - it is.

In this episode I talk about the book The Signs by Dr. Tara Swart. The Signs explores how we can become more attuned to "signs" around us, coincidences, intuitive nudges, synchronicities, even experiences that feel like messages from beyond. Dr. Swart's husband passed away and the book talks about her ability to communicate with him and all the signs she gets.

I talk about trying to get Dr. Swart on my podcast, choosing a sign (white VW Golf) and also asking the Universe for a sign. What happened next was incredible. Penguin accidentally sent me Dr. Swart's book in digital version before it was released!

I also talk about the importance of tuning into you signs and becoming aware of them. These can be specific signs you choose yourself, or random ones you ask the Universe to send you.
