I recently listened to a book on audible, At Your Best: How to Get Time, Energy, and Priorities Working in Your Favor, by Carey Nieuwhof, which inspired this episode.
With the holidays coming up and so many of us taking on too much and saying yes to everyone but ourselves, it's time to have a conversation about saying no.
In this episode, I briefly discuss a personal update and what my family has been going through for the past couple of months before leading into the topic of saying no.
I also talk about obligations and being an obliger from The Four Tendencies by Gretchen Rubin as I walk you through how to implement a six-step (simple) strategy from At Your Best that you can start practicing today.
