How are you doing? If I haven't mentioned this before, I love yoga. As I was researching in 2019, how to sleep better, I started looking for help on sleeping issues. I learned about a branch of yoga called aryabhatta. I have used the principles that I've learned through this, plus my own scheduling and mindset tools to create better sleep for myself.
