Laurie is a master neuro coach with a passion for helping others

She discovered this passion later in life and now she now helps others to find what lights them up in later life

She emphasizes personal growth and helping people overcome barriers.

Laurie advocates exploring new interests and redefining life goals post-midlife.

She believes in self-discovery and finding purpose through activities that bring value.

We agreed that exploring past interests even what we enjoyed as a child can spark a passion in later life

We agreed on the power of Visualization and the fact that it can build new neural pathways

Laurie shared a personal growth tool called the Sparketype test which is great for discovering what kind of activities will energise you.

She shared a personal experiences of helping a friend through addiction, witnessing her transformation, and rebuilding their lifelong friendship which had been broken
