Without a schedule you’re going to lose track of jobs, you’ll lose time and ultimately you’ll lose control. If you think the schedule is cemented in place and nothing can or will change you’ll lose just as much. It’s important to have enough flexibility to maintain a consistent work-flow without debilitating yourself by being too rigid. Let’s face it, scheduling can be a pain in the a** but we can help with that, just remember to keep your cool and be prepared for some changes. 

At the end of the day business is a numbers game, and if you get them right you’ll be able to grow and move in any direction you want. It’s important to know where they come from, what they are for and that they’re correct - and if you aren’t sure, get help, because numbers are something you need to be on top of all the time.
