In this episode, I open up about a pattern I’ve struggled with for a long time: I can get really low when I’m not busy or in motion. I’m someone who feels most grounded when I’m doing something, surrounded by activity or momentum, and it’s hard when that pace slows down. I know I’m not alone in this, and I wanted to talk about it honestly because I think a lot of people feel the same way.

In this episode, I’m walking and talking nine days post–lower bleph and fat transfer. I’ve been documenting the whole journey on Instagram, and so many people have been asking questions mostly because a lot of us don’t realize these under-eye issues are genetic and structural, and that there are options to fix them. I look swollen and bruised right now, but the difference already feels wild. I also share where my head is at: instead of getting frustrated with what I can’t do yet, I’m focusing on surrendering.  And for the first time in a LONG TIME, I talk about the ways people can work with me... including my life coaching, which I rarely even mention here. It felt like the right moment to finally share it.
