On this episode of the Stop Chasing Pain Podcast, Dr. Perry sits down with Inna Segal, author of The Secret Language of the Body, for a fascinating and lighthearted conversation about what your symptoms may be trying to say. Have you been struggling to heal and nothing is helping? This podcast episode is for you.
We explore the idea that the body is always communicating through sensations, pain, fatigue, and emotional patterns—and that learning to listen can change the way we heal.
Inna shares insights from her book on the deeper messages behind physical discomfort, the connection between emotions and the body, and how greater awareness can open the door to transformation. It's a fun, thoughtful, and eye-opening episode that will make you see your body in a whole new way. You will love it. I sure did. :)

In this epdisode Dr. Perry talks about the brain cleaning system and how if it's clogged you will have brain fog and more pain. So clean your brain environment for optimal healing.
The glymphatic system is the brain's waste-clearance pathway, moving cerebrospinal fluid through spaces around blood vessels to wash through brain tissue and carry out inflammatory byproducts, metabolic waste, and excess proteins. That fluid then drains into the meningeal lymphatic vessels, which connect the brain to the body's broader lymphatic system, especially through lymph nodes in the neck.
When glymphatic flow or lymphatic drainage is impaired, waste and inflammatory signals can build up, increasing neuroinflammation, tissue stress, immune activation, and potentially contributing to symptoms such as brain fog, poor sleep, headache, and impaired recovery.
In this episode of the Stop Chasing Pain Podcast, Dr. Perry sits down with Steeve Bradet of PEMF with Steeve for conversation on pulsed electromagnetic frequency therapy, how it is being used in the real world, and what people should understand before investing in PEMF technology. Steeve centers on practical, science-focused PEMF education with an emphasis on simplifying the technical side, and helping people make more informed decisions. Steeve has "no fluff" focus highlighting pain relief, better sleep, faster recovery, and lower stress.
Together, Dr. Perry and Steeve explore where PEMF may fit into a healing framework, including recovery, stress regulation, sleep support, and performance. They also get into the bigger questions: how to think critically about wellness technology, how marketing can distort expectations, and why understanding the principles behind a device matters just as much as the claims made about it. This is a conversation for clinicians, biohackers, health seekers, and anyone curious about how energy-based tools may support the body when used with clarity and discernment.
Steeve Bradet is the founder of PEMF with Steeve, an Alberta, Canada-based education and product platform focused on pulsed electromagnetic field therapy. He creates videos and resources designed to make PEMF easier to understand, with content ranging from mat comparisons and controller education to DIY PEMF builds.

Dr. Perry and Luisa sit down with Morley Robbins—creator of the Root Cause Protocol and author of Cure Your Fatigue—for a practical and ellightening conversation on why so many people feel depleted, inflamed, and stuck in chronic symptoms.
This episode connects the dots between energy production, stress physiology, and the "hidden" drivers that keep pain patterns and chronic disease states switched on. Learn what to change first, and how to stop spinning your wheels with random supplements and overloaded advice.
You'll walk away with a map for recovery—especially if you deal with chronic pain, fatigue, brain fog, autoimmunity patterns, or slow healing.
Key takeaways from Cure Your Fatigue that we unpack on the show include:
(1) why mineral balance is foundational to nervous system stability and tissue repair
(2) how iron dysregulation can drive oxidative stress and inflammation
(3) the central role of copper and ceruloplasmin in safe iron handling and cellular energy
(4) why magnesium is a "stress mineral" that influences pain sensitivity, sleep, and autonomic tone
(5) how supporting mitochondrial energy production can change the entire symptom picture. If you're tired of chasing symptoms, this interview gives you a grounded, systems-based lens—and actionable steps—to improve resilience, reduce inflammatory load, and create better conditions for healing.
Do not miss this one.

He mixes neuroplasticity, lifestyle inputs, and day-to-day function to help brains heal. He emphasizes that healing isn't just "rest and time," but a structured process of recovery from brain trauma: understanding what the injured brain needs, then repeating small daily actions that rebuild capacity in thinking, sleep, mood, and stress tolerance.
In his book Brain Rescue: A 90 Day Blueprint to Reclaim Your Memory After a Brain Injury or Concussion, Dr. Miller lays out a step-by-step 90-day framework aimed at common post-injury problems like brain fog, memory issues, poor sleep, and emotional volatility.
His core promise is clarity and direction. We talk about what to focus on first, how to stack the basics, and how to track progress so you don't feel stuck after a brain injury.
