Sometimes the word "stress" can be used to describe things that are going on inside of us, like our thoughts. Many times, we say our stress is caused by our family, work, school, health, commute, money, COVID (among many, many other things). But what if we were to tell you that your stress is actually caused by none of the above? These stressors are not the cause of your stress. Join us this week as we discuss stress—what is it, where does it come from, and how can you use it to your advantage?
As always, don't forget to find us on our website and join our Facebook group. See you next week!
