• Due to the over-usage of electronics that emit EMFs in our day-to-day, our bodies’ energetic charge is unbalanced. We have too many positive charges and not enough negative charges. This can cause all types of health problems, particularly chronic illnesses. While the solution to rebalancing these charges is simple - i.e. grounding ourselves and spending time in nature, it’s not something we can easily or realistically do all the time in today’s modern world. Visible light is the portion of the electromagnetic spectrum that is visible to the human eye.  It’s important to expose yourself to it as it helps regulate the body's circadian rhythm and has a positive impact on mood and overall well-being. As for infrared rays, these have longer wavelengths than visible light and are often felt as heat.
