Ever wondered how Hyrox set up these huge races? Races like London Olympia for example where thousands of people walk through the doors to race or spectate over 3 days being set off in waves every 10 minutes?

Have you ever stopped to think how long it must take to set up the race venue and pack it away? Do you know how many times they measure that running track so they can confirm it hits 1km at every venue?

We were lucky enough to talk to Suzy who explained just how Hyrox do it and we promise you will be blown away with the organisation, teamwork and dedication to make your Hyrox race experience the best it could be!
