Welcome to the SYNC Your Life podcast episode #162! On this podcast, we will be diving into all things women's hormones to help you learn how to live in alignment with your female physiology. Too many women are living with their check engine lights flashing. You know you feel "off" but no matter what you do, you can't seem to have the energy, or lose the weight, or feel your best. This podcast exists to shed light on the important topic of healthy hormones and cycle syncing, to help you gain maximum energy in your life.
In today's episode, I'm diving into the difference between true periods and pill bleeds. Most women using oral contraceptives don't realize that their bleed each month is not, in fact a period. In fact, I'm learning that most women on birth control don't realize that the pill suppresses ovulation. This podcast will teach you the ropes of what's truly happening in your body if using oral contraceptives.
Articles referenced are as follows:

In today's episode, I'm diving into the topic of what it means to be a SYNC Certified Coach. When I launched the SYNC digital course in 2020, I started to get women asking how they could share about what they're learning with their friends. Thus, the Certified Coach opportunity affiliate program was born.
