Today I’m joined by special guest, Jolinda Johnson, as we take a dive deeper into the health of the woman behind the business. If you’ve been following me for awhile you’ll know that I don’t subscribe to this “hustle” mentality of working ourselves into the ground. Jolinda is a Women’s Health Coach with a specialisation in hormone health and focuses on the health of the whole woman; mind, body and spirit. She is a certified Holistic Health Coach, Life Coach and priestess and supports women who are on the brink of burnout to help them emerge in connection with their bodies and reclaim the wild woman within.
In this episode, Jolinda explains what the different stages of burnout can look like, the effects on our bodies and the warning signs to look out for. She shares how we can be more in tune with our bodies, the importance of understanding our menstrual cycles and how to step away from normalised coping strategies into true health and freedom.
