Hannah’s been having the time of her life in Denver this week while Sarah shopped for pants at Costco in Albuquerque. They have a lot to catch up on, but first, they get sidetracked by which Enneagram personality they are. Later, they talk about the possible drama in the women’s race at The Hills, and Sarah reveals a breakthrough she had while hanging onto the wheels of her friends’ training ride last week. Sarah and Hannah are back from Mid South after a very stressful return journey that ended in free ice cream. Sarah has some grievances to air and also some pregnancy purchases to discuss, while Hannah has a theory that connects gravel to the Netflix period romance ‘Bridgerton.’ A lot has been going on in the bike world lately, so they catch up on the nail-biter of Milan-San Remo and the drama at this year’s Cape Epic. Plus, they dive into the renewed controversy surrounding race coverage and rider safety.

While at Mid South, Sarah and Hannah caught up with four pros after their races (including the winners of the men’s and women’s fields) to ask them questions about their flaws, their earrings, their pronunciation of female anatomy, and washing dishes. It might have been Hannah’s nightmare, but it turns out that recording a live podcast (at a bike race, no less) can actually be extremely fun. The Sturms sat down in front of a live audience in Stillwater, Oklahoma, over the weekend to talk about being at Mid South, how Sarah’s pregnancy will affect her future in the Grand Prix, and why she thinks she’s turning into Kim Kardashian.
