This EP is a highly insightful and essential conversation with three amazing women. Former elite mogul skier, two-time Olympic medalist, and recent graduate of a Stanford MBA Jennifer Heil, entrepreneur, master reconditioning practitioner, and former two-sport university varsity athlete, Jaime Sochasky-Livingston, Firefighter, and former Olympic silver medal winner in bobsled, Helen Upperton come together in an open and honest conversation. They are all amazing mothers, who have struggled with postpartum depression, and challenges of becoming new moms, and the eventual recognition that they were not alone, finding help and solace in their communities, partners, and professional council. I appreciated their vulnerability and condor, and this is a really powerful and valuable conversation.  Enjoy
