Talking to Elite 15 athlete Rebecca Mason ahead of the Hyrox World Championships - what it takes to compete at the top, overcoming injury and the mindset for success
Rebecca Mason is the most successful British female in Hyrox, right from her first race in Birmingham in 2021 she stormed the Hyrox scene with incredible performances.
Her background as an Elite gymnast for sure helped her when the pressure was on and she discusses mindset and what it is like to compete against the worlds best.
Bec raced in the Elite 15 in the 2023 World Championships in Manchester and then qualified for the 2024 World Championships in Stockholm when she put down a time of 1:03.
Its not all be plain sailing though and we discuss her season so far and her plan to get to World's in Nice in the best shape possible.
