The full moon is a perfect time to reflect on where you’ve come in the last two weeks, working towards goals or reflecting on the intentions you’ve set! It’s an excellent time to release or purge things that no longer serve you… that could mean food, toxins, drugs, anything in excess, tension, stress, negative or hurtful relationships, etc!
