Something I've talked about on my podcast is that a few years ago, I would have described myself as someone who had a pixie brain, that I did a lot to manage! Since then, I've received an ADHD diagnosis. While I don't love a label on a personal level (which is why you don't hear about it too often unless you're really into my content!), I also completely recognise that...
