Have you ever suffered a major injury? Have you ever been in position to have to find something new to enjoy doing because the ship has sailed on what you have always loved?
.
This interview with Emily Duncan is incredible. At age 16 she lost her ability to perform competitive dance when she tore 5 muscles around her hip.
.
Now, years later, Emily has transformed her life to be a successful bikini competitor and she coaches people to their perfect aesthetic by changing their mindset as to what is possible and what it will take.
.
Emily is one of the most impressive guests we have ever had on the show. Enjoy this episode as she blows you away.

If you listen to podcasts in the strength and conditioning or nutrition space, you probably are no stranger to Dr. Andy Galpin.
.
That is why in this interview we don’t talk very much about nutrition at all.
.
We don’t even talk much about sports performance.
.
The goal of this podcast was to help you learn through Dr. Galpin’s intentional experience how you can become more valuable like he did. Plain and simple.
.
Learn how to say “yes” without strategy because if you miss 99x out of 100, that means you hit one, and one is all it takes.

It’s hard not to notice Hannah Eden as you scroll through your instagram feed. She’s the awesome athlete with an insane body and bright red hair doing things with ease that the rest of us struggle to even think of. But that’s not what makes Hannah special at all.
.
Hannah found herself working multiple jobs when the opportunity to create a class at a CrossFit Gym came to her. 7:30 class was dead and it was Hannah’s job to make it interesting and fill it.
.
Now Hannah has taken what she did in that 7:30 class and turned it into an international business as well as a thriving brick and mortar in Fort Lauderdale Florida.
.
What was most interesting about Hannah in this interview was how effortlessly she always thinks about how she can do better for others.
.
Hannah is a phenomenal leader who learns from her mistakes and brings passion that is hard to match.

You might know Eric by his social media handle @Primal.Swoledier. He is the guy who looks like he is effortlessly breakdancing with heavy kettlebells in his hands. The way he moves with the weights is like a poem in motion.
.
He is a a true artist in his craft, but just a few years ago Eric was just stocking shelves at the Onnit Warehouse in Austin Texas. He wasn’t coaching NFL athletes, professional fighters, and people from all around the country who travel for his class and certifications.
.
In this podcast we dive into how Eric went from being another dude in the warehouse to the dude everyone wants to learn to move like.

Mike Boyle is one of the people in strength and conditioning who has had the largest influences on me (Dr. Sean) as a coach. Back in 2006 in Chiropractic School Mike was putting out content that was so full of common sense and practicality that I could not ignore it.
Whether it was an article of his on T-Nation or a video of him I found somewhere, I was consuming Mike Boyle content. The opportunity to conduct today’s podcast episode was truly a professional thrill of mine
We cover some crazy topics, most prominently why Mike thinks Squatting is much less valuable than most people do.
Mike “The Hockey Guy” Boyle, has worked with countless professional, olympic, and amateur athletes, many of them in hockey despite never even lacing up a pair of competitive skates of his own. If you want to learn today, you need to listen to this podcast.
