Celia Duff is better known as the Badass Gran, you can follow her journey on instagram as she breaks Hyrox world records and does so in the most incredible manner. She loves some audience participation and explains how it is just as important to motivate other Hyrox competitors during her race as we are 'all in it together'.

Celia previously set a world record in the 65-69 age group and then went on to break another in Glasgow at the start of March in the 70-74 age group. She is a true inspiration and lives by our motto 'Do it while you can'.
