If you’ve been a regular listener, you’ve heard about how I’ve been feeling very flat and uninspired lately. After sharing how I’ve been feeling, I moved that energy and learned that over the years I was a control freak who didn’t want people to see that I didn’t have it all together. Through years of coaching and therapy, I discovered that I’m my most powerful when I’m talking about my experiences and allowing myself to feel what I’m feeling. Many of my clients also struggle with this. So if you’re feeling emotionally flat, you might have a case of emotional constipation.
