The customer journey has changed a lot in recent years. It now often starts on social media, usually on mobile, with bitesize, snackable content…and eventually we want people to consume our longer form content and start buying from us. Which leads me to the delicious metaphor this week’s episode is based on.
Listen in to learn how your customer journey can be designed just like a 7 course meal and how every course in the meal is there to suit different appetites and hunger levels.

As the way we browse the internet and consume content has changed, away from desktops and TVs to mobiles and social media, the traditional customer journey has changed too.

My team and I have noticed a lot of people repurposing videos for social media recently. As a content repurposing geek, nothing could make me happier… BUT… we’ve seen some predictable mistakes cropping up!
Most notably, we’ve seen plenty of videos that haven’t been repurposed properly for social media.
Please don’t get me wrong, everyone is doing their best to adapt right now, and trying is 1,000% better than not trying.
I just want everyone to give their content the best chance to perform brilliantly online. That means making sure we’re producing it in the right way.
So, why stand idly by and let well-meaning businesses share videos on social media that don’t do them any justice?
I want to lend a helping hand by explaining how to perfectly repurpose your videos for the major social platforms, take my hand and let’s go!

If you’ve felt unsure about your content, your communication, and how you might approach selling during the COVID–19 pandemic… you’re not alone.
Nobody was or could have been prepared for this global crisis.
Many people have helped me decide my approach, but Phil M Jones has been one of the best. Not surprising, really, he did write the book on knowing ‘Exactly What to Say’!
Not only is Phil a bestselling author, he’s also an international keynote speaker, a global sales leader, and a yoga enthusiast! Exactly the kind of person you want to listen to in times like these.
Phil’s advice is always gold.

Businesses are struggling right now – a pandemic is not something anyone can truly prepare for – but traditionally offline businesses are struggling most.
For some, finding new ways to monetize their services and content in the digital space might come naturally. For others, it might feel pretty alien. Not every business can pivot to digital content, but you’d be surprised at how many are able to.
Restaurants and bars are setting up delivery services and sharing the news on social media. Personal trainers are delivering video sessions. Museums are conducting tours online.
