My experience with coaching has been varied with some great experiences and some, well, mediocre ones but I recently started following online business owner, TEDX speaker, author AND podcast host Theresa Heath-Wareing and knew I needed to get her unique take on the industry.

It's quite a different episode as Theresa coaches me while you get to listen in! It's really out of my comfort zone as I'm normally the one asking the questions so be gentle!
