Believe it or not, there is more to getting stronger than just "pick the weight up and put it down" - whether that be with the iron or your own fair flesh.
In fact, there are some ways to order your exercises and workouts that can potentially dole out far greater gains in less time than you thought possible WITHOUT doing more reps or going heavier (something you'll want to do eventually, of course, but don't have to start with right away).
