I made this podcast to help you become more confident when it comes to setting and standing on your standards and what you want.

You're really the only one that can determine if your standards are too low. Don't let anyone tell you want you want isn't enough--maybe its enough FOR YOU. You make the call when it's time to raise or change your standards. I created mine as I dated and even changed some. What was good for me may have not been good enough for someone else but it's up to us to always remain true to us and what feels right for us.
