AHHH! This weeks episode of The HA Podcast is 12/10 relatable for SO many people. Ally is a fitness instructor who recovered from HA and was kind enough to share with me every nuance of her story.
We talked about:
-Eating so much peanut butter and dark chocolate that you think you're not really restricting Feeling like "there must be another way to recover..."
-Having a lot of food rules.
-Trying to recover when you're in a job where people stare at your body.
-The physical experience of finally starting to recover.
-And SO. MUCH. MORE.
In the end, she started a hot chocolate club in Paris and therefore, she is clearly living her best life. I can't tell you how heard and understood I felt, and I know so many other women will feel hearing Ally's story. I DESPERATELY want to hear what you thought of this episode!
