What the heck is molecular hydrogen? Isn't it the same as hydrogen? Although it's not talked about in Western medicine circles, and the research is early, there are 2000+ scientific studies including over 100 clinical studies suggesting that H2 has therapeutic potential in over 170 different human and animal disease models, and in essentially every organ of the human body.
My guest today, Greg "The Hydrogen Man" talks about his personal experience using molecular hydrogen to save his health, and how he's helped others in terrible health like his father, who suffered from arthritis, glaucoma, and more. Hydrogen has also been shown to be extremely protective of the heart. In fact, in Japan, it's standard protocol to put those suffering from strokes on a molecular hydrogen machine. There are also several studies showing its positive effects during the pandemic for those suffering from pulmonary issues.
If you're interested in grabbing the molecular hydrogen machine Greg talks about head over to Holy Hydrogen and use the code "JOELEVAN" for a discount.

Blessed to have Dr. Kien Vuu, America's best-known anti-aging and longevity expert, as well as the best-selling author of The Thrive State: Your Blueprint for Optimal Health, Longevity, and Peak Performance. Although Dr. Vuu is extremely healthy and muscular now, it wasn't always that way.
He talks about humble beginnings coming over as an immigrant and being picked on, to later becoming a doctor. After achieving all of this success, he felt empty and unhappy. His engagement ended, he was overweight and diabetic, and practicing a type of medicine that left him unfulfilled.
In this episode, we dive into how he reversed all of that, and the 7 Pillars of Optimal Wellness that he outlines in his book The Thrive State, which everyone can start to implement immediately to regain their health and longevity.

Blessed to interview a true leader and someone who stands for courage, and really means it. Jennifer Sey doesn't just tweet about courage but then hide behind her desk like many of the "pretend leaders," and "influencers" out there today. She does what is right, not what is easy.
Jennifer Sey was on track to become the first woman CEO of Levi Strauss & Co. As the President of the Levi's brand, she was widely celebrated as a versatile and inspirational leader who had helped save the iconic brand from bankruptcy. Formerly a self-described "left of left of center" progressive, she was beloved as the embodiment of the company's "profits through principles" ethos.
But everything changed when Sey publicly opposed the closure of San Francisco's public schools at the height of the pandemic. In response to her 'wrongthink, ' management gave her a choice: shut up or leave. She decided that defending at-risk children was more important than the job that she loved, and so she resigned. After more than two decades at the company, she gave up her professional future in order to retain her voice.
Sey was also a U.S. National Gymnastics champion but quit after years of abuse, torture, bulimia, and more, which discusses in her first book, Chalked Up. As the highest-profile executive to fall victim to the cancel culture engulfing America, her story is an inspiration for all those who, in these difficult times, feel pressured to remain silent on their most fundamental beliefs. The more Americans who stand up to "woke-ism," the better chance we have at creating a truly equitable and inclusive society. Principles and integrity matter. Ultimately, they matter more than anything else. Go grab her new book for the full story, Levi's Unbuttoned: The Woke Mob Took My Job But Gave Me My Voice.
Blessed to have professional bodybuilder and celebrity trainer, Brad Rowe, on the show today. Brad is most famously known for also being a major part of Mike Tyson's comeback fight with Roy Jones Jr. Many didn't realize, but Mike was suffering from debilitating lower back injuries such as herniated lumbar discs and had difficulty just getting up. Brad was able to reset his nervous system quickly using an electric stim device known as the Neubie (Brad is a Neufit Practitioner).
Brad is so much more than just a bodybuilder though. We got into some deep conversations about higher consciousness living and how plant medicine has changed his life for the better.
He's on a mission to impact the world through health, mind, body, and spirit. If you want access to Brad on the regular, he's got multiple tiers through his coaching app "Front Rowe." Go check out Brad and give him a follow, he's doing some amazing things and is a world changer.
