Morning Meditation Tips
Tip 1: Use a breathing technique, such as the breathing waltz, oceanic breathing, or mindful breathing.
Tip 2: Meditate before you get out of bed in the morning (but make sure to practice in a seated position).
Tip 3: Check in with how you're feeling emotionally.
