This episode features Luke DeCoste. Luke has been involved in buying, building, and selling several ventures throughout his career, he is an alumnus of Techstars and Creative Destruction Lab.

He helps students start companies by teaching courses on Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Dalhousie University.

He is researching entrepreneurial mindsets, and coaching as part of a Ph.D. in Positive Organizational Psychology with Claremont Graduate University.  His work is grounded in mindfulness. Above all, he is a husband and father.
